An aircraft which played a historic role in what is now Durham Tees Valley Airport will come under the spotlight at an event being held at the airport this weekend.
With less than 40 days until Christmas what better way to prepare for the festive season than taking a once in a lifetime opportunity to spend a day in Santa’s Lapland, flying direct from Durham Tees Valley Airport.
A Master Plan to secure the long term future of Durham Tees Valley Airport (DTVA) has been published, which includes a two month period of public consultation commencing this Friday (15 November). Local Authority partners, Tees Valley Unlimited (LEP), regional businesses and the public are being asked to support the Plan as the best way forward to maximise the Airport’s role in supporting the regional economy.
