Bureau de Change
Durham Tees Valley Airport has two Travelex bureau de change outlets, one in the main check-in hall and one in departures near WH Smiths.

Baby Changing
Both male and female toilets have baby change facilities, with the exception of the baggage reclaim halls, where the facility is located in the disabled passenger toilet.
Cashpoint
Cashpoint machines are located on the main concourse beside the Travelex counter and in the departure lounge.
First Aid
All members of the Airport Fire and Rescue department are first aid trained and will give basic first aid treatment and/or will call for full medical assistance where it is appropriate. Contact Airport Security or Airport Information for assistance. Defibrillators are available airside and landside for use by trained personnel.
Lost Property
Lost property is controlled by Airport Security adjacent to the Out of Gauge Area.
Public Telephones
Payphones are located throughout the terminal building.
